Super Seeds is a member-only shop and is accessed through the Port and the Moshling Garden, it sells all the seeds exept the special seeds. It also has 2 member-exclusive seeds which are:
- Crazy Daisy
- Snap Apple
Most Moshlings that use these seeds in their combos are rare/ultra rare, there is only two common moshling which are Humphrey and Gracie that uses one of these seeds.

- There was once a seed glitch in 2011, the Robo Dendron could be seen in the shop but was not available to buy, this glitch lasted three days.
